1. When You Can Request a Return or Exchange

If you receive your watch and are not completely satisfied — for example, the product does not match the description, has a technical issue, or simply isn’t what you expected — you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 daysfrom the date of delivery.

All Craftd Mod timepieces are also covered by our lifetime warranty for technical and manufacturing defects.

2. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Service

• Fill out the Return/Warranty Request Form available on our website.

• Print the form, include it inside the package, and return the item to the address provided via email.

• Once we receive your watch, our team will inspect its condition to determine eligibility for return, exchange, or warranty service.

• How to Refund

  We want every CraftDMod customer to feel confident when ordering from us. If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@craftdmod.com with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and reply with the return instructions.

  4. If your return is approved, ship the item to our return address below.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  Important notes: Please fill in the name exactly as it appears on the shipmark.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • The watch, box, and included accessories must be returned together.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return or warranty service:

• The watch must be in unused condition, without scratches, dents, or signs of external impact.

• All items must be returned with proper packaging, the printed request form, and proof of purchase.

• Modded watches must remain untampered, meaning no third-party repairs, no opened case back, and no unauthorized modifications after purchase.

4. Processing Your Request

After reviewing your returned item, if the request is approved, you may choose one of the following:

• A replacement unit

• A full refund

• Repair and return (if the issue is covered under warranty)

Processing time typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive the package.
